Setting peacefully on the shores of Lake Champlain with a small access road behind it. The tranquil waterfront view features 100’ of shoreline with large boulders along the embankment.
This is a property kept clean by each renter and enjoyed intermittently by the owners.

A large outdoor patio accommodates four diners at a high-top table and an infrared barbecue grill. The view is serene as you dine and the view across the lake captures the Green Mountain range of Vermont.
The cottage interior features a California King bed in the front room overlooking the waterfront. This room shares a table for enjoying breakfast with a view. The living room has a sofa, TV, rocking chairs and another dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, silverware, spices, microwave, stove, and refrigerator.
There is a small bathroom with a shower off the kitchen. Towels and linens are provided for airline travelers.
The back bedroom accommodates a set of twin beds with a small TV. There is a large
powder room / storage room directly off the back bedroom.
The cottage is approximately 3 miles from the Adirondack Northway and 3 miles from the Grande Isle ferry crossing to Vermont. It is an easy 60-mile drive to Montreal or a 45-minute drive to Ausable Chasm. Lake Placid’s Olympic campus is about 70-minutes away.

are weekly Saturday to Saturday – $1,575.00.
The nightly rate is $225 for a minimum of 3 nights in June and September only.
There are movie theatres, chain grocery stores, and malls within a 10-minute drive.
There are fantastic restaurants: Irises Cafe and Wine Bar, Sip (Sunday brunch) If you enjoy craft breweries there are several in Plattsburgh, Oval Craft Brewing, Valcour Craft Brewing (Restaurant), & Ausable Brewing Co. (Friday night chicken/rib BBQ) as well as dozens in Vermont during a day trip. There is a ferry to Vermont 3 miles away.
